A neighborhood shop, run the way one should be.
Springfield Collision Center is an independent Springfield repair shop built on one idea: treat people the way you would want your own family treated. Show you the problem, fix it right, and stand behind the work. Our focus: Collision and auto body specialists.
Built on showing, not telling.
Every vehicle gets a documented estimate with photos of the damage before any work begins, so you and your insurer see exactly what the repair involves. No surprises, no padded estimates.
What we will not do.
We will not scare you into a repair, pad an estimate with parts your car does not need, or start work you did not approve. And we will not treat you differently because you do not know cars, that is exactly why you came to us.
Four promises, and we keep them.
Show, do not tell
